2015 Global Finals Results
Global Finals in Knoxville this year was amazing. Teams from Poland, Turkey, United Kingdom, China, Korea, Guatemala and others competed with teams from all over the United States. Included in that group were six teams from our local Regional. Here are some results:
In Creature Feature, an Elementary team from Winnequah Elem. in Monona Grove finished an impressive 6th place.     In the Making Waves challenge, the team from Glacier Creek Middle School in Middleton finished strong with an 11th place finish - their first time at the Midddle Level.         In the Lose to Win Challenge, in their first foray into the structure challenge, Sacred Hearts School from Sun Prairie had a 48th place finish out of about 85 teams.     In the Improv Games Challenge, the Elem team from Sacred Hearts from Sun Prairie finished 26th out of 80 some teams, very good.     And finally, Sacred Hearts also sent a Middle Level team to Improv Games, and they finished an eye popping 7th out of about 90 teams.
All these teams deserve a hearty congratulations. It should be noted we had two other teams qualify for Globals, but money restrictions held them up. Ideally, we'd love to provide some type of vehicle to help offset some of the costs from a Regional perspective, so if anyone has an idea, please let Troy or myself know what we can do.
